Info: Thisis a 7zip file and it can be decompressed with normal zip application. If it doesn't work I have provided the link for downloading the 7zip software:

Hence you have downloaded CAE Practice Test, do the following:

• decompress the file
• Open the folder CAE Practice test and start: SeuUp.exe
• Run : CAE.exe
